- In-person Card Reader is available from a Payment Processors company for API support and PCI Compliance.
- Accept refunds using either Sale Transaction ID or Product ID.

What is the length of the trial period?
Thirty days. But, it may vary at any time.
Is there any trial period for using Stripe/Gateway/Card Processing service?
Unfortunately, there is no trial period for using the Stripe service.
Is the service mobile compatible?
Yes. But, we recommend to use a screen resolution greater than 900 PX i.e. Laptop, or Desktop, for the best experience.
Do you refund the AlnicoSoft subscription fees?
No, we do not refund subscription fees.
What is the AlnicoSoft application fee for refund transactions?
There is no AlnicoSoft fees for refund transactions, but, the fees from the original sales transactions are not returned.

What is a Payment Gateway?
A payment gateway is used to securely communicate card information to the card processors.
Can I use my existing merchant processors?
Yes, you can register with our Gateway to process cards using your existing merchant processors.
Which is the cost-effective solution for payment processing?
Use our preferred processors for cost-effective solutions. There is no need to register with our Gateway if you choose to use our preferred processor. Please email “support@alnicosoft.com” for pricing and more detailed information.
Do I have to enroll in both Stripe and Payment Gateway to process card transactions?
Gateway. You enroll in Stripe to process card transactions using Stripe and/or enroll to Gateway to process card transactions using other preferred merchant accounts.
Do I have to login to the AlnicoSoft system to enroll in Stripe Connect and purchase a Card Reader?
Yes, you have to complete the company registration process and login to the AlnicoSoft system as an owner/super admin to enroll Stripe connect and purchase a Card reader.
Do I have to login to the AlnicoSoft system to use our Card Processing Gateway and purchase Card Reader?
Yes, you have to complete the company registration process and login to the AlnicoSoft system as an owner/super admin to register to use our Gateway or our preferred card processors and purchase a Card reader.
Why do I have to purchase Terminal Reader from Stripe.com if I have a Stripe account?
The card readers come preloaded with the required software that Stripe has vetted to be able to ensure a connection to the Stripe API is possible and guarantee PCI compliance.

Will the Stripe fee be applied during the trial period?
Stripe fees will always be applied, including your free trial period for any sale transaction using a credit card.
What is the Stripe Processing fee using the payment form?
Please see Stripe subscription detail on the stripe.com/pricing#pricing details webpage. As of 07/18/2020, the Stripe fee is 2.9% + 30 cents per successful credit card transaction using an online payment form.
What is the Stripe Processing fee using the Stripe reader?
As of 03/01/2021, the fee is 2.7% + 5 cents per successful credit card transaction using Stripe Reader.
